years ago started to momentum trade AND managed to make much more than I lost, simply because I kept in mind “the trend is your friend” till it isn’t!
water rights is a long term “need” investment, whereas the EV sector as I see things is the new momentum “need” trade
the EV sector (in particular the three wheelers) solve a problem not too many think about (or for that matter understand AND can put into context)
FWIW the returns (percentage wise) I’ve made “investing” in the EV sector dwarfs the returns (percentage wise) in SD RE appreciation
