Congrats on your new home. I’ve been wanting to buy for a year now but can’t afford anything in the PQ area. My budget is in the low $400s but I’m guessing that I’m priced out. Anyone recommend a buyers agent that is familiar with PQ? I might want to start actually looking at homes in PQ early next year. Or should I simply go to open houses/homes?
