Composer District is awesome if you can find the right home. The is a newer neighborhood of semi-custom homes called Cardiff Glen which are very nice in addition to all the custom homes there. If they ever get the park built on the old Hall Property it will be next to one of the nicest parks in all of North County.
The Bay Collection of Poinsettia was built by Standard Pacific and has some of the nicest tract built homes I’ve ever been in. Far nicer than Encinitas Ranch IMHO.
