Check if the HVAC setting is set to heat or cool, and if either is triggered. If fan is auto or on would be the same if the system has triggered for cooling. If cool, the fuses on the compressor for the condenser may have blown. The blower works off of the temperature in the furnace-heat exchanger when using heat. When in AC, it generally runs off of the relay voltage used to start the compressor.
