Locally we have Hells Angles, Mongols, and various other groups.

I would think Poway, Lakeside, Ramona, Campo, Boulevard and Dulzura, where they have historically “hung out.” Anyone have any idea where these so-called “outlaw bikers” hang out in Chula Vista? Could it be in 91911?? It could be said that 91910 and 91911 are almost completely different countries from one another. I’ve never seen them.
