Take it from someone who moved around a lot as a kid…your kids will find new friends, and you will find new teams to coach. If you find you don’t like Orlando, you can always move back.
My husband just got back from a trip to Sacramento and was blown away by how much nicer it was up there. Lots of water (that you can actually swim in!), and plenty of tree-lined streets with beautiful, old, AFFORDABLE houses. It was 98 degress, but the lack of humidity made it more bearable than being here near the coast (way too humid, IMHO). If not for his rather stable job and benefits, we’d be out of here, too.
