CAR you and I do agree on alot of points. I think the one point we do not agree on is that I feel as if you believe there is no affordable housing for people. I do not believe that to be true at all. I feel that San Diego and other coastal areas are quite expensive, however in no way do I believe that every major city in the country does not have many affordable neighborhoods. I have been on travel alot the past year and I have spent time in cities that offer nice housing for 70k-100k. Nice homes in nice neighborhoods for people.
So I simply do not buy into the hype that nobody can purchase a home unless they can afford a 400k home. It is not true.
