Can any East County Piggs comment on traffic/quality of life in SDCE (Ramona) for this individual? It would be a 25-30 min commute from 92021 (not crazy about safety of Hwy 67 but it is half back road). It has a good supply of the type of house he is seeking. It’s also part of a large HOA with trails throughout and a country club. I’ve only been there three times and I don’t recall the houses actually being walking distance from the amenities as they are spaced further apart than most tracts. Thanks.
