Calling eachother RINO during the primaries is a common tactic. Current negative articles about Rubio from the extreme right are transient. They will die down as soon as Cruz is out of the race.
My prediction is that if Rubio gets the nomination, all of the GOP, including extreme right will fall in line and work for his election.
If Trump wins on the other hand, then defections are possible.
In short, there is not that much difference between what Rubio’s positions are and what the far right wants. I would not make any assumptions about him saying one thing to win primary and doing something else after getting elected. In fact, with a likely majority in house, senate and Supreme Court I will fully expect him to deliver on what he is saying!
