Yeah, guys are all looking for svelte beauties like in movie
“Love & Sex” and get jaded from the experience. Or struggling romance in movie “High Fidelity”. And gals want the security and always bellyache there are no good men out there as they laugh with their girlfriends.
Had a friend who was dating a gal as she was going to Ivy league school college and then top Ivy league law school. This guy was extremely funny and everyone liked him but he had zero job prospects. Relatives joked that he should marry her before she gets away. She gets a job after law school and the next thing you know he is gone. I can just imagine the office converstation, “Girlfriend, you can do better.”
I would have dumped him too, but did she think he was going to change somehow in those years?
