Is anyone saying that? How can anyone say with a straight face that there is no relationship between high rates of gun ownership and high rates of homicides? I don’t think these mass slayers would get very far by trying to strangle all their victims. The debate has moved on from there, despite attempts by the non-gun control advocates to drag it back.
