Awesome. I’ve seen a *few* homes with casitas (not in most developments from what I’ve seen), but they usually didn’t have kitchens or laundry facilities. Not only that, but they didn’t even have any kind of access to the main house, which makes these units truly useless — you can’t use them for living quarters, and you can’t use them as part of your house.[/quote]

CAR, you must know that a mere “cursory check” on the internet reveals there are plenty of opportunities for low-income tenants (and even potential homebuyers) in Carlsbad. See:
