CAR, both of your links (above) are the same, but that is truly a lot of “bang for the buck” in a property! Just the materials in the living/dining area alone are probably worth the purchase price! This type of house could handle the richest fabrics and boldest colors and designs of upholstery, drapery and rugs because of its neutral and very fine craftsmanship throughout. It is very large and could be “cavern-like” unless the owner had the $$ to decorate it properly.
