CA Renter–I am totally with you on this one. People just don’t seem to understand the corruption, which is far worse when it comes to contracting, privatization, outsourcing, etc. Somehow, they think it will save them money, when it really costs them a helluva lot more money and quality of service is much less. I have lived it for many years and if this was not a public site I could give specific examples of fraud, waste and abuse. People are easily fooled.
