But that is exactly what SD R said. It goes on the final HUD which the 1st lienholder must approve. You are correct that the 2nd can be wiped out if that’s what they prefer but the reason they can is because going to foreclosure and dragging the process out while incurring additional costs may not be what the 1st lienholder prefers. I said “may not” because as we are aware many of the 1st lienholders are perfectly content letting it drag out.
