Ponzi money from hard working people and call it taxation, or a tithe offering for all your church folks. Know that the majority of people are lazy and never read or study where all this practice comes from so they will just be a bunch of dumb sheeple to pad your coffers.
Create an organization with no accountability to sound accounting or no reprecautions for inefficinecy and waste and build a union around it to further enforce the waste.
Then when times are tough hire more people, give them more money than the kids coming out of college with 90K in debt and call it JOB CREATION so you can mask the real unemployment rate…
