Browsing through recent sales brings some not so good news for me. It looks like SEH is showing some strength.
1546 Archer (I said the sellers wer in ‘denial’) sold for $695K. 855 Antilla for $740K, 1531 Cliffop $584K and 1086 Brightwood $685K. All within 2% of low asking price, and Antilla was above. The last three sold at -15% from last sale. I’m not going to call a bottom here but not encouraging on my end.
