We moved a lot when we were kids, too. From NY to Italy. Each year we moved to a different city while in Italy. Then back to the US, temporarily in NJ w/family. Then to California. At the time, I wouldn’t say I loved changing schools and making new friends. But looking back, it’s true that kids adapt. I think if you have a solid foundation, good family life, kids adjust. Having mom stay at home was security for us. I think overall, it’s a good experience and I can appreciate it now.
