That’s what courts are for… and I don’t think BP’s going to be shown much compassion. Nor should they be. But there will be an ENDLESS number of opportunists that crawl out of the woodwork to take advantage of the situation, and I would count among them folks who are only getting shrimping licenses in order to extract some settlement out of BP.
