In years past I’ve rented apartments and townhouses to both UCSD students and SDSU students. I found there was a HUGE difference in renting to these two very different groups, with the latter being, ahem, difficult, and the former being just great. Sample size of about 40 SDSU students and 80 UCSD students over 8 years.
