Not good enough. Poor you how the DA treats you badly, like people who outbid you on houses treat you badly. The court system takes a long time for everyone.

Have to agree with Blogstar’s posts. Also, identity theft and harassment are not even the worst things you’ve done. Trying to cause a person to be raped and sodomized in a brutal, horrible attack is what you are primarily guilty of, and THAT is what you need to plead guilty to.
What you did (if you are indeed Kathy Rowe) is totally inexcusable. It’s not like you were stealing bread to feed your family. You committed a violent, heinous crime. Just because it didn’t pan out the way you wanted it to doesn’t mean you’re not guilty. Thank goodness those men you solicited had a conscience and a grasp of right and wrong, unlike you.
I feel a lot of sympathy for your husband and daughter, but as Blogstar said, every criminal has a sob story. I hope your family is taken care of; you should have thought about their well-being before you committed those crimes.
