Bidding wars are fairly common everywhere from what I’m hearing. It’s happening in San Diego, Orange County, L.A. County, Las Vegas, Phoenix, etc., etc.
What we need to determine is who or what is behind all these offers. I do not think these are all families looking for their long-term home.
Lots of investors…dollar dumping by foreign countries???
