It does have MR but I dont beleive it will have ANY negative repurcussion. The MR in this area are only $800/year which is barely noticable and it is for improvements to the San Dieguito school district which is a major reason people buy hear. It is an existing bond that was put together over 10 years ago when all this land was parcelled out. No one seems to mind the $800 annual MR as a price to pay to live in a newer home.
If the OP stays, they stand to enjoy the benefits of these improvements without paying for them. however, if they want to move up to a larger/newer home they can do so with a very modest MR bill.
