Being back from the last three days in Phoenix at 115 in the shade, frankly, while it’s cooler here, it really isn’t any more comfortable today than Phoenix.
This morning, it was 94 at 6AM, an completely comfortable outside in cargo shorts and light shirt in Phoenix. Only in the late afternoon does it get very unbearable and once the sun goes down, even though it’ll still be 105 it’s actually quit comfortable.
The weekend heat there really felt about as bad as mid-90s in inland OC.
In either place, working outside in direct sunlight post noon is extremely uncomfortable.
