Before you submit any offers, drive around. I go downtown for lunch on some days, and I see LOTS of vacancies. I have heard some bad stories about condos downtown….people that can’t sell, unfunded HOAs, parking garages springing leaks, elevators that don’t work, and more. I guess it depends on the building.
