Yes, but no on the public school. Would rather not share details on the rest unless Scarlet would care to do so (in other words, ask the boss 🙂 ).
As far as the OP goes, I’d like to know the parameters before I criticize them too much, but it almost sounds to me like they are in or near Miro Circle, and for some reason were deluded into thinking that they could drive down the hill to Dingeman rather than around Lake Miramar to Miramar Ranch. Very similar situation to what we were seeing when looking in that area.
Interboundary choice transfers (that is from one grade school to another when both feed the same middle and/or high schools) probably never happen. And why should they?
