Basically they want you to bid on the other one 1410 which is listed at 925k. I saw that and thought I’ll wait and see if they get a bidding war on it. But then again, I have only seen a handful of short sales go through. So then I thought I’ll just wait and see if the bank takes it. Maybe get a better deal.
Wonder if 1410 has any distress or soon to have it.
