Based on what I have read and seen, totally agree. I am curious what the long-term repercussion is going to be. Are people going to be less patient and tolerant with these flashmob-on-wheels in the future?
Probably some police harassment of people on certain kinds of bikes for a while, then nothing. NYC doesn’t have a long memory in that sense.
As to the biker who was hurt and who will probably never walk again, I do have some sympathy. It’s not clear if he was involved in the beating — what if he was just along for the ride, so to speak.
