Back to the original topic, that area of PQ is older and not as nice as other areas of PQ, although I do know lots of great people who live there. PQ is full of neighborhoods that are poorly designed, that one is one of them. Only 1 way in and out. The crime rate is higher in that area than in the rest of PQ. There is some new building going up on that side, but I believe it is more low income housing. Is that right, Alan?
