Back before they put in the Henry’s market/shopping center, it would have been nice if they developed the LC Town Center shopping center. Right now, we have CVS, Henry’s, and a few restaurants (Pick-Up Stix, the Italian place in the Henry’s shopping center, and the Mexican place near Henry’s) within walking distance. When we want to go to The Forum, we just hop in our cars and we’re there in five minutes, OR we can walk and get there in 15-20 minutes.
We could use a gas station and major supermarket up at the top of the hill (LCO area), but again, with Henry’s nearby, Jimbo’s down at the Forum, etc. I’m just not sure there’s really a large enough market to support a big, new shopping center.
