as well hiring security guard “ambassadors” and off-duty police officers.
I think if cops have enough energy and moral left to moonlight they are screwing off plenty on their regular jobs.Should be illegal for cops to moonlight. It would almost certainly lead to worse performance of their official duties(if that is possible).
