As usual right on target Bugs. Unfortunately I’ve seen quite a few appraisals that seem to lack bias and participation in the existence of a transaction. I’ve never heard of it happening but have you ever heard of lenders coming after appraisers for fraudelent appraisals (i.e.hitting the number to keep the business coming in).
