Arghhh! I knew applying for a reassessment would be bad…but there are already 12,000 people ahead of me? My problem is I can’t get comps. Only three houses have been for sale in my neighborhood in the last few months and only one has sold. Somebody on here (I think) said you might be able to get your original appraiser to reappraise at a lower fee because he’s already done all the measurements and stuff. I may go that route. Then again, he’ll have trouble getting comps, too.
