Are you guys saying this count as price increase ?
I would say no for this case. It was listed under-priced. The house itself is in good quality. I would say it would still sold for over 1M if it is a regular sale. Our original offer was $935K and when the higher bidder came in, the listing agent say it would cost us closer to 1M to get the house. (I guess his rounding up is in pretty large scale)
I told my agent that the best we can offer is 950K. She think the price won’t get the house and she didn’t send in the offer.
