Are you actually checking to see if these are current reassessments or people with the perk of prop 13? My assessed value and what I could sell for are at extremes and let me tell you, it doesn’t feel like tax evasion. It just feels good; warm and fuzzy like hot chocolate and a blanket on a rainy day. Buy low and enjoy it while it lasts.
