Another article that says vacancies have declined from 5.1 % in the spring to 3.4% in the fall. One source says rents down, vacancies up, another says vacancies are down significantly, another says rents are up … I wish there was some clarity on this issue.

The countywide apartment vacancy rate has declined from 5.1 percent in the spring to 3.4 percent in the fall, but the wildfires don’t appear to have had much of an affect on occupancy.
