Both aren’t bad deals.

The one on Bajadoz has a steep, two-tiered lot, and both sections are very small. Probably wouldn’t deter an older couple (because it has views, too), but not so good for a family. It happens to be one of our favorite listings at this time, and if the lot were larger and level, we would have had an offer in already. (edit: and so would many other potential buyers who are looking for exactly what we are)
