Nobody will deny that many realtors will put in hours for clients for which they will never be compensated. Still, I have a problem with the notion that the other clients should cover these costs.
The “menu pricing” option would actually benefit the realtors in this instance, because everyone would have to pay for the services they use. If you want a realtor to drive you around for days on end, showing you hundreds of houses, fine…but that will cost you $X/hour for the service.
There’s no reason why the good clients should have to pay for the looky-loos and flakes of the world, IMHO.
