Thanks AN – your analysis of the likely traffic (in this and previous posts) to Torrey Hills (and a little further up the hill to Carmel Country Highlands) confirms our expectations and test runs, and nice to know there’s a local streets option too (although she’d be on the southeast side of the campus). We are specifically looking at stuff where she could avoid the 56 altogether.
I did once look for listings in Sorrento Valley to see what came up, but will need to look again.
Getting home for lunch is probably unrealistic no matter where we’d live, so I wouldn’t count that for or against any of the options.
