AN – Interesting to see that 5735 Cmnto Pulsera originally listed for 939k and now reducing to 879k rather quickly. Two years ago these places were still getting top dollar. 5745 Caminito Pulsera sold on 5/22/2008 for $905,000.
That’s close to peak prices because 5705 Caminito Pulsera sold on 12/2/2004 for $1,100,000 and 5765 Caminito Pulsera on 10/13/2005 sold for $930,000.
