AN, I don’t honestly know what the best practical strategy would be to get to a stable global human population of 500 million. Why am I so bereft of ideas? Well, I know it’s completely impractical right now. It’s as likely to become a policy in my lifetime as practicing hygiene was in the 17th century.
But I think we’ll see it become a core component of human behavior and policy, just as hygiene did.
