That’s all true. It’s also true that the US provided those weapons. Part of the reason Iran now hates us. I don’t hear that discussed so much on the MSM.

That was back when we called mujahadeen “freedom fighters”. I remember that term used often on the news when they were fighting Russians in Afghanistan. Today we call them terrorists because they’re fighting against us.
The words “freedom” and “democracy” leave a bad taste for me now because they’re always used by people to deceive us.
