So are you saying that just as social media has created the ability for people to be informed of atrocities happening to people throughout the world, with it comes the negative aspect that it keeps people informed of people talking shit from across the globe? I agree that this might cause discourse on a personal level, but not on nation vs. nation level. Don’t get me wrong, there are negative aspects, for example the ease of finding people with similar radical beliefs and the ease of assembling and spearheading anarchy. But I think this is different than foreign relations turning into an all out war.
