All I know is OPP had his attempt at liquidation sale. The auction was a failure. They didn’t even finish going through the list before they packed it up. I might add, he burned through 40k for an auction that was a flop.
He is has not budged much on price and I’m wondering if that’s just b/c he can’t.
Also, they sure did start out w/a lot of money thanks to the wife’s inheritance, but OPP did overextend themselves in this cycle.
