aldante, I share your sentiments and feel what you’re going through. Hopefully the house has had some reduction from peak and over 30 years, that’s something. I agree w/zk. Once you’re in the place, you will just accept it and worry less. I still do have some anxieties, but little I can do about it now that it’s done. Congrats and try to enjoy.
