Secondly, I’m watching vacancies on many non-residential property types increasing. Lots of the little Main Street type retail storefronts and offices are going dark, and the office markets are taking a beating. Sellers and landlords are trying to hold the line but there aren’t that many transactions closing relative to the current standing inventory.
