Agreed, I was pleasantly surprised. I submitted a re-evaluation form and the accessor was about 1k over. Not complaining.
I can’t imagine why they’d do this automatically, they’re going to be broke… I’m happy as a homeowner getting my payment reduced by $200/mo but worried about decline in services due to massive tax shortfalls…
On the other-hand, I can now cash flow an additional $200 as a rental, not including tax benefits.
