Agree with the variety of comments concerning choosing a home. It’s definitely not a “one size fits all” decision. When we moved to RSF many years ago, people thought we were moving to the middle of nowhere–and we now marvel at how the surrounding areas have grown up around us in the last 20+ years.
We have some very good friends who looked at Stonebridge and decided to buy elsewhere, because they finally decided they did not want to live east of I-15 because of fires, and for several other reasons. It cost them more to find a large lot overlooking a golf course in CV, but, they too, are very happy with their decision.
