Agree with all responses. Find a way for a 7′ two-sink vanity, 6′ tub and toilet. Toilet does not have to be in a separate “water closet” room if lacking space (or just build a half-wall alongside it).
If you already have a tub in the house, then put in a large shower (tiled, not a “prefab stall”), with a large shelf 18″ above the bottom to dry off. Or you can order a 6′ china tub (NOT fiberglas) and tile an approx 18″ high and 12″ deep “shelf” for this same purpose, to be installed along its end (without the fixtures).
Jacuzzi tubs are a waste of money and hardly ever get used. It’s loads more fun and relaxing to have a redwood hot tub outside if you don’t have an in-ground one :=]
