afx: Sadly, I do not. I consume my fair share, and have a fairly extensive knowledge (given to me by gramps, my uncle and my dad), but no recipes.
There are some great websites, however, dedicated to beer recipes and I was noticing that certain German beers are starting to make a comeback here in the US, such as Berliner Kindl Weisse (which is very tart and is Berlin’s signature beer) and Rauchbier (which is like drinking bacon, no shit, and it tastes WAY better than it sounds).
You might check out the German Beer Institute (you can Google them). I’m pretty sure they offer recipes for brewing.
